Attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the 2022 National Conference on EMS. Exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the Conference or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact.

The Office of Emergency Medical Services is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all Conference participants and staff. Event Staff and Attendees at the National Conference on EMS are expected to comply with all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, or local health authorities for the locality in which the conference is taking place. The Office of Emergency Medical Services is monitoring COVID-19 and will post updates at www.nationalconferenceonems.com.

In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at the 2022 National Conference on EMS, attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by the Conference, its host hotel, and any event venues, including, but not limited to, mask-wearing, hand-sanitizing, and social distancing requirements in order to protect the health and safety of all conference attendees
